Daddy's House Foundation is an independent, non governmental and not-for-profit voluntary
initiative, which was established in 2017 by a Nigerian
from Abia State, Barrister Charles Okenwa, a seasoned philantropist and humanitarian activist.
Daddy's House Foundation is frawn from a rich blend of activists and other professional working
together on a shared commitment to justice, the rule of law, and human dignity.
He is a
consultant of different professionals, cultural and social indigenous Organizations to enhance
knowledge, and to promote respect and observance of human rights, and to encourage exchange of
information and experiences for the betterment of the citizenry through the instrumentality of
law, education,
enlightenment and humanitarianism.
In addition, our programs aim at broadening access of individuals and communities and
strengthening their participation in the
design and implementation of social and economic policies/programs which affect them. We work
with communities and groups that cut across gender, literacy, age and social lines, and use
focused group pilot projects to measure the impact our interventions are making in
target communities.
Our mission is to support and collaborate with NGOs, CSOs, and other
grassroots organisations in Nigeria and abroad by building their capacity which among others
include:
Fostering local, regional and national cooperation in the legal sector toward sustainable
development through:
1. Knowledge
building and strategic action;
2. Encouraging information exchange among various NGOs
with same aims, objective and philosophy;
3. Working to promote every Nigerian fundamental human right by building
partnership between NGOs, CSOs, and the general public to secure a quality life for
everyone.

We also engage in Human Rights Watch activities in accord with International Stand and Corporate Ethics, which is well known for its accurate fact-finding, impartial reporting, effective use of media, and targeted advocacy, often in partnership with local human rights groups
